man, that is EXACTLY how i have been feeling recently. sometimes its just like "fuck, my lj is the biggest waste of time" but thats also why i like it.... its a great procrastination device!

I've often thought about that but in the end I gain too much from the internet.While the bad things that happen i.e. having people be fake to you,making up things etc weigh me down and make me hate it I realize just what I do gain from it interaction with bands,friends of ALL types and the chance to meet people I can't meet where I live.Also hey when I go travelling think of all the couches I can stay on! haha Also with everything being accessible online it's kinda hard not to go on as it makes things easier looking up news,booking tickets,bus\movie time tables,online banking,shops etc ( ... )

Well, I'd agree with the childish part. For the rest, I just can't stand when people go on and on about NOT agreeing with me.
