Just finished earlier

A teacher introduced me to a book last year (she's done this before and I introduced her to others) and it took some time for me to get to reading it and I did that last month. I loved it so much, I went and purchased the entire series of books and just finished the last one today. It's the Black Jewels series of books by Anne Bishop. Loved it

Ah yeah, I read those a few years ago and really liked them - I almost picked up the collected trilogy in the bookstore today, in fact. As I recall, I started reading and didn't actually stop until I was completely finished. Not much sleep that night. ;)

Heh, they are really good. You might consider the later books as well (4 others in fact). They continue the story/explain things and 3 of them take place in less than 2 years after the end of the trilogy from what I can tell. The other book happens before the trilogy.
