[All of a sudden, there's a piercing scream that sounds and feels like it's directly in the center of your skull.
Who's affected? Theoretically, everyone. But it probably breaks more down to "everyone who isn't a bot/AI, a necromorph, or whose mun would rather Arkady stay out of their character's head right now/at all times". Aside from the above folks though, this is pretty much a national broadcast. Yes, even you, Vriska. I'm so sorry, but she's not in any state to discriminate.
After a few seconds, the scream fades and while it's still there, you can more prominently hear the words: 'not safe not safe not safe not safe'. Still in your mind.
Thom, Tavros, and Nepeta, you folks (if you're alive or even remotely sane still) can hear a bit of an additional message: 'Hide! Don't let me hurt you...'.
Then, it's ALL GONE. The screaming, the voice, all of it. Back to your regularly scheduled deadspacing. Since this isn't a audio/text/whatev broadcast, there's not much people can do by way of responding, so... call it a PSA.
