She probably forces her drones to brave the junkyard to retrieve whatever she believes is significant to certain individuals, as Zone Zero-Zero serves as something of a nexus for objects from other universes.

I do not think anyone is aware of whether or not she knows of the effects that the gifts are having on the inhabitants of her station. Or if she even cares.

I am genuinely curious as to what your theories are, as this seems to be happening often today and no one has come forth with an explanation.
