Who: SHODAN, corrupted PCs, rescue team, and a WHOLE SHITTON OF ZOMBIES.
What: PCs COMIN IN TO RESCUE FOLKS. ZOMBIES. OH SHI -
Where: Residential Zone 7
When: Thursday through the next week
Notes: Teleporters are now open to allow people in, but not out. YOU CAN STILL LEAVE THE ZONE EASILY BY WALKING OUT OF IT TO THE ADJACENT GARDEN ZONES AND USING THE TELEPORTERS THERE (The garden zones are not affected). It's just. Slower that way, you can't just zip on out.
The monster list is
here. Feel free to godmode the monsters all you like; I will threadjack occasionally to have SHODAN laugh at you/send more monsters in.
People who signed up for experimenting - assume that you have already been messed with. If you're insane, you are wandering around outside and can accost PCs as you see fit / be rescued. If you're sane, you either escaped magically (and can log that here!) or are in the holding cells or a tank, drugged out of your damn mind.
If you HAVE NOT signed up for heroing yet, YOU STILL CAN.
Ye Googledoc. Show on up!
Feel free to create new threads if you find it necessary as well (like idk if you need to make a HACKER VOICEBOX FROM THE SKYYYY thread or something?)
Also tag yourselves in. Finally, note that for the rest of you: creatures can AND WILL leave the area, so if you want to come across one outside Zone 7, feel free (it'll take them a while though)
This area of Zone 7 has been completely transformed. The buildings, once a nice modern hospital complex, have now been reskinned to look like black glass, with blue tile covering the courtyards below. Neon green lines highlight the edges of every building.
It would be a clean, sharp look, if not for the glitching, not to mention the organic matter everywhere. In places, the skin spirals out into fractal wireframes, with small hard light packets of data zipping through the air - a physical representation of cyberspace. In other words, a look at the inside of SHODAN's mind. Interspersed between these things are slick patches of pulsing gray organic matter that smells of death and decay, sometimes with orange hornlike protrusions sticking out of the quivering mess. In others, fleshy orbs sit in piles, making a soft humming sound as colorful little worms crawl about in the slime below.
All around, creatures shamble, sometimes murmuring softly, as though in pain. But if they are altered to your presence...
