To be fair, a lot of the bullshit about LJ and DW never happened either. Plenty of us have been posting porn here since 2002 and we're still here. Fandom does love a good tantrum.

Well, tumblr's algorithm is just mindbogglingly bad. It's been flagging reams of stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with "adult content". That's a level of crap nobody wants to deal with.

TBH I don't get there much myself right now; at the moment I'm just preparing (like a lot of other folks I think).

That'll change IF:
a) the Fannish Exodus actually turns out to be more than discontented tumblr rumblings,
b) said Exodus decides on Dreamwidth, as opposed to the other contenders (Pillowfort seems to be getting a lot of mentions: I've prepared there too FWIW).
