What the hell keeps combining?

Since when were gunmen able to opperate in Discedo?

If that's the case then why the hell is Enki stuck its small confinement?

[[ooc: the only reasonable idea Viral can come up with for Roxas' rainbows, is that someone must have their gunmen and is evolving, so to speak :33]]
