Starting work next week. Yeah

Actually unpaid work for this week, but is part of the shadowing required. I was informed today that I got one of the worst schools in all of Tampa :-(

1/5th of the parents are in jail, drug dealers try to make deals and break in, and I am forbidden to send kids to the office!! WTF?! So what am I supposed to do when I have a student like this

Thanks. I will start getting paid the following week as a sub. Then after January a full time teacher. I think this is a good move. I do prefer to teach computers and science since I am a proud nerd, but this is a great opportunity to help students achieve success.

After being laid off last September I need to get back on track. It can lean to other things I have always wanted to do in the university area as well instructing. I just want a reliable car again and I will be able to get that after January hopefully.
