I can only presume that the email isn't completely serious- which is funny because as not completely serious as my response is, it is not tongue in cheek or patently inaccurate or not my perspective.
My father checked the math- naturally it is bogus, I just rather ignored it.

That e-mail could make or break our economic system, and our people who are already obsessed with spending. After all, we are being marketed every single day and everywhere we go, so that money will go straight into the economy. But, who doesn't want to get out of this crisis?
