an accident

my mom and i were driving home from my grandparents house when my mom said 'is that person behind us trying to pass us?' i look behind us and see this car driving on the ladhfklfhdsldf (uh, forgot the word) and then he pulls back and goes back on. So we start to assume it is a drunk driver. We are passing over a bridge (express way underneath us)
