This is rather cool. How many band names can you find in this pictureRight now I am exhausted. I'm at work, but I'm exhausted to the extreme. Last night was a lot of fun. 1. Flatirons rule. I recommend getting a serum or creme to use beforehand, something light and not-gooey, because, even with your thick hair, you don't want to fry it.

2. I'm jealous of you because you can totally pull of the longish side-swept bangs, which I have wanted forever, but my hair and face shape and all of that just doesn't work.

3. Harry Potter = awesome.

4. I'm itching to go shopping but I don't paid until tomorrow and I too must do that whole "responsible adult" thing. I'm also going to be getting some work clothes.

5. I like numbered lists.

1. Yea, I was going to look into that actually. I need to find a good one that doesn't weigh my hair down.

2. Well, we'll see. I have a natural cow-lick, but I think the flat iron will solve that problem. If I just find a really good stylist to give me the bangs, I should be set. So nervous. I haven't had real bangs since 9th grade.

3. I can't wait!

4. Our shopping trip will be unparalleled.

5. Me too.

You must definitely get a Chi. Chi also makes a very light thermal protection spray called "44 Iron Guard." It's great, and does not even make my thin hair look greasy.

Can I just say, I have a Remington wet-to-straight flat iron that allows me to striaghten my hair when it's wet, it cost me 30 bucks and I love it. Might I suggest you look into getting one, they are seriously awesome and I have super thick curly hair...

i'm not a huge fan of the potter movies, but they are usually watchable...this one is just BAD
