On the other hand, most teens that are still living with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are under the supervision of said parent(s) or legal guardian(s), at least until they turn 18. In most (I'd actually wager all, but I only researched a few) states, parents and legal guardians have the right to do whatever is necessary in order to insure the well being of their children. This would include using keyloggers in order to spy on their activities online. Aside from that, there are at least a few instances where the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) can be held responsible for the actions of their child (as is generally the case with most civil lawsuits ( ... )

Yeah, very true in all aspects. I'm not going to argue any of this, since I really have no children and don't know what it's like to raise one. This was mainly a vent on how they think that these kinds of programs are common place, and then their exasperated responces when finding out that they aren't.
