Loved this chapter!

I figure Angeal really dosen't mean any harm, and he couldn't possibly know how traumatized Cloud'd be by being held in a lab. Angeal really should be told about the road to Hell, maybe he'd get a clue.

And even more, even if Angeal is sincere, he can't guarantee that Hollander will have any of the same intentions. I figure Angeal and Hollander have totally different ethics and morals.

Too bad for Cloud...

Great chapter. I'll be waiting for the next update. :)

Oh man genesis is going to SKIN Angeal and present the resulting rug for Cloud to use in his rooms...

XD I can't decide if that's a great or horrifying mental image.

Thanks!

Hm. Y'know the really dumb part? If Angeal had just gotten over himself and ASKED (explained the situation, maybe, and begged and pleaded), he would be so much better off and not (now) doubly in danger.

Because Cloud would say 'no doctors.' and Angeal would go 'please?' and Cloud would say 'I'm working on it, gimme a week' and Angeal would be confused but it would all be awright.

And those were some horrible run-on sentences, so to wrap up... Right here, with no update on Sunday? Probably the BEST (and most cruel, but that's the point) place to put this cliffhanger. Haha. I'm loving it.

I HAVE TO GO TO WORK NOW AND I JUST FEEL LIKE CRYING. Damn you! I'm going to go and buy some chocolate to cheer myself up. Angeal! How could you do that to Cloud! He - he! Oh my god, I can't believe it.

I NEED AN UPDATE LIKE AIR. NOW, PLEASE.

Also, Genesis wore that long red coat over his, and the only part Sephiroth had bothered to integrate from his uniform was the pants. made me laugh. Mainly because for a second I got a mental image of Sephiroth running around in only the pants....

Mmmm...

NO YOU CANNOT DISTRACT ME FROM THE CLIFFHANGER OF DOOM.

You better update on Wednesday, or I will have to cut a bitch. Just saying.

'go and buy some chocolate to cheer myself up'. *feels like a dementor*

YOU KNOW THE THING ABOUT SEPHIROTH RUNNING AROUND IN PANTS... IT'S TOTALLY HIS ALTERNATE COSTUME IN DISSIDIA. :D http://blog.codesignstudios.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/Sephiroth%20-%20Alternate.jpg *____*

Wednesday! Promise. :D

I must admit, I thought you'd go for a more tragic route (Cloud managing to mortally wound Angeal before getting subdued and locked away for killing a comrade). And then Sephiroth would find him when he came back because they share a sekrit connection. :O

But I'd much rather this, because now Angeal can be guilted later. HE BETTER FEEL GUILT. UGH. I can't believe he didn't at least try asking Cloud nicely first and, like, slip something into his food as a back-up...clearly Genesis is the brains of their operation, haha. XD;;

And what the crap, Hollander is retarded, scaring his 'specimen' by spouting off all that medical/scientific testing mumbo-jumbo. Bone marrow sample? *winces* Even I'd be scared of that. Poor, poor Cloud. His needle-phobia is so sad. ;__;

Calling for Zack at the end...*is utterly CRUSHED* Oh CLOUD.

I really liked the introspective at the start, when Cloud considered whether or not his!Zack would like him as he is now. And the progression of friendship, how at first Cloud's kind of like the loser person Zack ( ... )

Ho ho, that is also a fascinating scenario you paint. *___*

XD Now I am picturing Genesis as a mad inventor and Angeal as an igor. Or maybe as Mr Pin and Mr Tulip. *____* Though it was kind of true in CC! Genesis was the one waging bloody war against ShinRa and continually slipping through their clutches, whereas Angeal just kind of followed him around and helped out Zack every now and again. At least, that was my impression.

Ahaha, you know how scary bone marrow extraction is, I see. ^_^; *shivers* I was going more for callousness on Hollander's part than stupidity, but both work I guess.

Yes! Now Cloud can be the big brother! \o/ That was one of the saddest things ever, that Cloud could never do anything to repay Zack. ;__; Zack had such a thankless existence post-Nibelheim.

Thank you~ I'm glad to hear the introspective recap worked for you, I didn't want to spend half a chapter doing Cloud internal POV without anything external happening, was frankly tearing my hair out over it. ^_^

Ugh, ZACK. T___T He's not even in this chapter, but I feel for him, hahaha. When I first watched the ending cut-scene of CC on YouTube, I was bawling. Zack had such hopes and dreams...!! ;askdfj;d Well, I'm sure he and Aeris had fun messing with Cloud in fields of flowers in AC. XDD;;

Sometimes I crave an introspective piece rather than action. Like right now, I'm looking for Glee gen-fic where Kurt gets his time in the spotlight...
