Tell me about it! Who in their right mind leaves a kid alone in a house?!? I mean, the house could've caught fire or been broken into for one. And with all of those kidnappers about on the news... I have to say I'm still quite angery at them for telling me that.

In my state I believe the min age for being left alone at home is 12--asleep or otherwise. Heck even if the nothing major happened, what if the little one needed a drink of water or something. Geez.

Leaving a one-year old alone is child neglect. >.< You did the right thing even if you are being punished.

Sorry to hear about that man... I hope you can prove to your parents that you really were babysitting. it would be terrible for you to get into trouble for doing what you are suppose to do!
