i am going to canada on friday. friday. four days from today. just a couple days ago it felt like it was ages away. and now, i'm getting ready to pack everything up and leave on a jet plane. i'm so thrilled and excited and nervous and anxious and a million other emotions all at one time

oh i know...when he told me the weather i wasn't all too happy (my exact comment was "that won't work with my outfits, so could you contact the canadian government and tell them to change the weather? thanks.") i don't know why i thought it would be kind..of...warm in canada in late september, but i guess i'll just have to suffer the consequences. i have a few extra things to layer on and add warmth. otherwise, we'll have to resort to alternate methods of warming me up. ha!
