well, weighing yesterday went better than expected. i was down -.6 lbs., and while that is not as much as i wanted it to be, i am just very glad i had lost. i'm 15 lbs. away from my first goal (my 10% goal) and i've been doing this for 4 weeks, so with 11 lbs. lost, i'm averaging over 2 lbs a week. i'm very motivated this week and i've done well ( Read more... )
