omfucking god i, lauren nichole lambert, a person who SUCKS at computers and things involving technology, have fixed the goddamn phone!!!! after 4 hours of working at it i now can turn on the phone and hear the soft purr of the dial tone...uhhhh yes my life is now fulfilled!
