Don't bother with the 1970s version, it's horrid.
Start with the BSG remake.
After season 3 of BSG, watch BSG - RAZOR, then proceed with the rest of BSG.
After BSG, watch Caprica. You will not really learn anything by watching Caprica first, and may just totally confuse yourself if you watch it first. It's fun to watch after, because it makes you think a tonne of different things.
I wouldn't wait until YOUNG ADAMA comes out, I'd watch all of that, and then YOUNG ADAMA last.
Thankfully, Razor and Caprica are both cohesive and follow storylines very well.
