found a fabulous gym on thursday, gone every day since...beat my record time for a mile today...9 minutes 5 seconds...and 2 consecutive miles in 18 minutes 30 seconds...i'm fucking psyched, and thats after having not run at all since april! life rocks! plus, i'm running in a 5k next sunday in downtown providence. can't wait! thats all i have to ( Read more... )
