I can't remember what show I saw it on but there is a part that says..."Look! Look what I have made!!"

I made lunch today and that is what has been running through my head ever since.

It was delicious.  The meat was tender. The black bean hash was zippy and tangy.

You made this?! Are you sure it wasn't some fancypants gourmet chef, because this looks gorgeous and mouthwatering. Anytime I try to plate something for pictures, it comes out looking incredibly sloppy and just not worth photographing. I'm so jealous right now, lol. Any chance I can get a recipe for this lovely dish?

Awww shucks! Thanks! Yep, me and my son made it for lunch today and it was delicious!! I'm in the process of typing up the recipe so I can post it on my blog. The meat was a little dry but I would eat the black bean hash every day for a month if I could lol.
