Awww that was cute! XDDD I'm a huge fan of your Coping Methods series, so I practically flailed and was incoherent for a bit when I noticed the update. ^^;;;

As usual, another good chapter. :] I'm not usually a fan of original characters, but Mari is too cool and well-written to not like. >;D This series reminds me so much of a certain friend and myself. XDDD;;; I look forward to whatever is to come for Piyo-chan and Mari. :D

*shakes head in amazement* People like the Coping Methods series. Despite it being het. I swear, wonders never cease.

I always feel a bit like a hypocrite, to be honest, writing the series--I've never seen an OC fic in this fandom that I've actually enjoyed, other than ones where an OC was used to drive one of the boys into rampant jealous. And I don't think I've ever even seen another female OC in PoT who dared even the vaguest romantic pretensions.

It reminds you of a certain friend and yourself? *pikus with amazement* Really? That's amazing! How so? (*cough* Due warning insert here: I do often steal examples from the things I hear, so, uh, yeah.)

haha. I was originally a het fangirl until... well... the oh-so-lovely world of yaoi beckoned me into its grasp. XD;; I still love both though. :D

You shouldn't feel like a hypocrite because you are actually able to pull it off without making yourself look like a moron. I am still amazed as to how well Mari fits into the story. It would be empty without her there. :]

Haha... the whole being secretly in love for 3(ish) years, guy completely oblivious, living in the same neighborhood, going home with each other, mental flyswatters (*snark*), and the innocent gestures (presents, visits etc) that can give false hope. XD;; When I was reading through the chapters, I kept thinking how much this was like my current situation and silently wishing Mari a happy ending. <3

Yay for an update, and it would be wonderful to hear just how bad she gets him in the next encounter.

I recently started re-reading the whole roommates universe, and I went looking for Mari. I knew she was there, but I couldn't remember when she surfaced, so every chapter I was thinking, she'll be in this one. She really is a perfect sort of narrator for the tennis team. And I'm glad that Hiyoshi gets to unintentionally torture her some more. He's so clueless.

*giggle* Goodness, I think you're the third person who's asked for a Mari vs Takeo redux... I might get around to writing that, someday. *chuckle*

*laugh* If you haven't found her yet, I believe she first appears in the AtoJi Valentine's fic. I believe it's called Okashi (Roommates #10) and it's one of the ones that predates the sinsofwill livejournal. Her thing for Hiyoshi, and her narrating voice, hit me upside the head in Kanousei, which is also AtoJi, and is Roommates #12. (It's sad that I had to go back and look up all the numbers, though. ^^;)
