Title: Ongaeshi (Favours) Characters: Oshitari, Mari Fandom: Prince of Tennis Rating: rather PG Disclaimer: Nope, nope, nope. For: aishuu, who thought that Oshitari might be a nicely objective observer. Well, we'll see

Should have made Mari wear a skirt instead. XDD Just to see how Piyo-chan would react. >;DDD Loved this chapted as usual. Oshitari interacting with Mari is definitely very amusing to read.
And here is my promised HiyoMari fanart. Well... the 1st part anyway. I still need to get to inking/coloring the other one. :] Click on the thumbnail for my deviart link. :D

Oh. My. God. That's just... beautiful! I keep opening it and looking at it... then going back and looking at it again... your lines are so clean, and the way you conveyed their expressions with just a few strokes, and the changes in the way they were feeling... you make me glad I don't draw, because if I did, you'd make me totally insecure! *laugh*
I love the scenario you set up, too, and how you managed to tell a whole little story without a single speech bubble. *is really impressed by that* I can't believe that there could possibly be more--I mean, these must take forever to make! Thank you so much, dear! *snug*
(*giggle* And while I'm sure Oshitari would have made Mari wear a skirt, if he could have... well, the trick, methinks, is to get her into something she'll wear, and I doubt he wanted her in a knee-length skirt, right? *laugh*)
That's right, Oshitari... you and Jirou make Hiyoshi think Mari's dating Atobe, and Gekokujou will do the rest. XD
And Oshitari totally set Mari up with the skirts and dresses before popping the shirt. Mari got played! I assume the shirt was one of the ones with a semi-open back?

*giggle* Yes, he did, yes, she did, and yes, it is. ^_~
Mari looks pretty much what I was thinking - you know, I've heard some people with narrow faces called "fox faced" so that just amuses me on a totally different level.
I totally want to see what the shirt Oshitari for her bought looked like. <3 Might be fun to write that dance, no? Okay, I'll stop with the plunny breeding
What I really like about this is the relationship between the two - Mari's sharper with Oshitari than she is with anyone else, and the feeling of unwanted trust is conveyed well - it takes a lot to be able to talk about T & A with the opposite sex, no matter how out they are. And I'm of the opinion Oshitari is very, very bi.
*chuckle* I'm glad that I didn't disappoint, as far as Mari's appearance goes. I'm not sure if you're referring to the "fox face" being Japan or America, but Japan uses the expression, too-- "kitsune-gao" for a woman (and yes, only women, oddly enough) with a narrow face, and "tanuki-gao" (badger-faced) for a woman with a round or wide face.
*chuckle* Oh, you don't need to worry about the plunny breeding--actually, to be perfectly honest, the situation in this story WAS a bunny offshoot from the dance story. Which is, as of yet, still sitting on my hard drive, unfinished. *sheepish*
I agree--they do have a lot of trust between them, despite the somewhat, er, adversarial nature of their relationship. That seems sort of typical for the Hyoutei kids, though, doesn't it? *chuckle* But if Oshitari's bi--and, who knows, he might be--I'm of the opinion that either Mari doesn't know, or she's firmly denying it to herself. ^_~
WAI! Monnie's back... hope you had a lovely trip. <3
The expression is English as well - usually implies narrow (or sharp-featured) face, sly look? At least I've heard it used that as.
I will, of course, continue to encourage you to write. You're doing so splendidly. And I would love to see Dance Fic.
I would think Mari would know that Oshitari is omnisexual (it's why the air seems to sizzles around him, and she's more aware of his impact on the fangirls). Oshitari is very teenage in some respects - thinking about linoleum turns him on.
WONDERFUL! ♥ I can't help but keep telling you how much I love the way that you write Oshitari! xD I absolutely adore the dressing room part! Poor Mari... or should it be 'poor Oshitari' considering what the possible concequences might be! ^__~
*gasp* What's this? A mixer? Do I smell Dancing!Mari and Frustrated!Hiyoshi coming up sometime in the near future? ♥♥~ If my hunch is right, I love you! xD
Eeee! *giggle* I'm so glad you enjoyed it, dear. ^^ I felt sorry for Mari, too... but, well, not that sorry. ^_~
You do indeed smell a mixer. *laugh* 'Near future' is, unfortunately, debatable--seeing as how I haven't written anything PoT in nearly three weeks... *sheepish* But I'll get to it eventually, promise!

It might take me a while to finish the other picture because of the commissions I have lined up. But I promise that it will happen! :D
(He should get Gakuto to "adjust" her skirt again. >;DDD)
