I decided to take a risk today and I had some cheesecake.  That might not seem risky to the carefree amongst my friends list, but do you know how they make cheese? (Ignoring completely the quality cuts of meat from previously gambolling animals that die happily to make a 'meat' pie that I will happily consume.)

Funnily enough I had some cheesecake about 5 minutes ago. It was Co-op lemon cheescake and I can definitely recommend it. I had never thought that it might be a dangerous action, but if it kills me I won't have to work my nightshift. So it's a win-win situation!

I have just this weekend made a delicious cheesecake. And it doesn't have *real* cheese in it - just that creamy, Philadelphia stuff. So maybe it's not *that* dangerous?

I would send you a slice but can't figure out how to do so on LJ. Sorry
