Two living rooms with fireplaces, three bedrooms, one with a sunroom and two bathrooms for FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH?
I hate you.

I can't wait to move back to that area where the prices aren't astronomically ridiculous. I have a two bedroom apt with a kitchen barely big enough to turn around in and we are pay $1400 a month. That only includes water. DON'T move to woodbridge.

Well its $1155 a month but divided by three people so $400 bucks a month for two of us in the bigger rooms and $355 for the small room. No utilities so we have to pay for our own water also.

It is great. It's kind of got a run down homie feeling but its still so nice. I'm hoping to be in before New Years so we can throw a moving in/new years bash. The land lord seems nice as hell too, no app fee or credit check, one room mate has a dog and the guy said he just wants to look at the dog first but no extra fees.
