Tried to give it a go, but couldn't get it to work. Am more convinced by Omnigraffle (cf. below).

I'm a big fan of omnigraffle, which has been doing my diagram programming since I got my macbook over a year ago.
It is like visio, except it works. properly. It does the right thing(TM)
So, erm, yes.

Perfect. So far, exactly what I need it to do. Now ust have to figure out how to make diagrams smaller etc. Tweaking, basically.
Oh, and, er, it's kinda expensive... :(
But other than that? Ideal ;)
