Yep, "individual chocolates" -- or perhaps "single chocolates".

In French, we say "au détail" vs "en gros",so I'd tend to say something like "detail sales".

Btw, I'll definitely be in London in Mid-May and possibly in Mid-April (auditions). I might be able to bring along a selection of chocolates :P
