I don't think I remember eating "meals" everyday. I'm trying to think of ways I can eat healthier..... while I know I don't overeat, I think there are key things that are missing in my diet (like fruits and vegetables)... I should record what I eat on a regular day

congrats on cutting sodas... i'm working on that... lol... i switched to diet coke... and now i'm trying to switch to flavored waters (like fruit 2-0 or fitness water)
