I don't think I remember eating "meals" everyday. I'm trying to think of ways I can eat healthier..... while I know I don't overeat, I think there are key things that are missing in my diet (like fruits and vegetables)... I should record what I eat on a regular day ( Read more... )

I eat cereal for breakfast and a salad (romain lettuce, cut up tomatoes and cup of cottage cheese) for dinner.. and dinner is by 7pm and no later. I feel so much healthier since I started! :) that and I don't drink any sodas or sweet tea anymore.

thats cool!... i dont think i can have an early dinner.... i'm usually up too late.. but i heard thats a good way to keep off weight...

congrats on cutting sodas... i'm working on that... lol... i switched to diet coke... and now i'm trying to switch to flavored waters (like fruit 2-0 or fitness water)
