When, if ever, did you start liking olives?
Nope. The only thing I have ever liked about olives is actually a story from high school, and me tricking someone into bringing them.
When, if ever, did you start liking beer?
I used to love beer, now not so much, I will drink it is that is all that is around, but would prefer pretty much anything else.
When, if ever, did you start liking shellfish?
As far back as I can remember.
What was the best thing your parent/s used to make?
My mom makes some amazing cakes, and my dad burns almost everything, except when he smokes it, ergo smoked turkey is his best, I love Thanksgiving and Christmas because of it.
What's the native specialty of your home town?
San Fransisco was the first place in the US that the Irish coffee was served, also where Chow Mien was invented, and that is all I can think of at the moment.
What's your comfort food?
Dawnstorm's fried chicken, or a Beth's milkshake, or their POG, or their coffee depending on my mood.
What's your favorite type of chocolate?
Milk, but the good stuff from Germany (having a step-niece in-law from there is good for this).
How do you like your steak?
Medium rare, but only just barely just this side of rare.
How do you like your burger?
Same as steak, with cheese, bacon, lettuce, and a grilled bun.
How do you like your eggs?
Scrambled with either stuff in it, or lots of stuff on the side.
How do you like your potatoes?
Depends on my mood, the Irish in me loves potatoes. Mashed, hashed, country hashed, baked (I uber season the outside, it also make them extra crispy that way) . . .
How do you take your coffee?
When at home with soy milk and flavoring, when at Beth's with milk and sugar, and when at starbucks etc something uber flavored and uber sweet.
How do you take your tea?
Tea with tea leaves sugar and milk, when herbal honey and lemon.
What's your favorite mug?
My big brown ones (I have two), and my second favorite would be
Dawnstorm's Blue ones.
What's your cookie of choice?
First choice chocolate chip, and second is monster cookies minus the nuts.
What's your ideal breakfast?
Depending on my mood either what I finished a little bit ago, or country benedict.
What's your ideal sandwich?
Again this is totally dependent on my mood, peanut butter and honey with raisins, toasted PB&J, and when it comes to something with meat I want lettuce, salt, pepper, pinch of cayenne, and instead of mayo I want butter.
What's your ideal pizza (topping and base)?
Stuffed crust, lots of meat (pepperoni, chicken, sausage, bacon, I think I am missing a couple), mushrooms, pineapple, red pepper flakes, garlic, and multi cheeses.
What's your ideal pie (sweet or savory)?
Apple, or cheesecake of pretty much every variety.
What's your ideal salad?
Spinach, strawberries, pecans, with a strawberry puree for the dressing.
What food do you always like to have in the fridge?
Yogurt, tortilla, random veggies, beer, sometimes wine, some variety of meats.
What food do you always like to have in the freezer?
Random frozen veggies, meats, ice cubes, usually some random booze.
What food do you always like to have in the cupboard?
Pasta, flour, sugar, oatmeal, chocolate chips, jello and pudding of different flavors, ramen, rice a roni, canned veggies, ravioli, canned and powdered milk, and lots of canned fruit stuff.
What spices can you not live without?
Garlic, cayenne, pepper, and salt.
What sauces can you not live without?
Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, tapito, and barbecue sauce.

Not more than $10, I am cheap, and fine with it.

All of mine our cheap.

I have actually bought them myself, they always get bought for me.

Coffee maker.

Lots of fish, and shellfish, deer (which was forced), alligator, and snake.

What are three of the best dining-out experiences you've had?
I loved the Herbfarm, but not something I would want to do all that often, makes it more special or something.
The other two would be different times at Beth's, somewhere down the line would be at either the place the Irish coffee was first served in the US, and my favorite clam chowder place in the world at Fishermans Wharf.
What's your choice of tipple at the end of a long day?
Rum in Dr Pepper, Apple vodka in a Jones Green Apple, whatever someone brings over, and I love Mike's (apple and pomagranate are my favorite).

Mine . . . I have made my own, with recipes from all over the place.
