I'm in complete agreement with you. Besides everything you said about sex, there are dozens of other reasons why a woman would be on birth control. If birth control for women is going to be such a big issue, then condoms need to stop being so cheap and widely available and vasectomies need to be made illegal.
And sidenote: I'd rather my tax money go toward birth control, than toward welfare for the woman who has sex for drugs or money and now has three kids she can't feed.
