I've been trying hard to keep track of what's working and what is not.

I was going to post about how I felt crappy and didn't like anything today. Which was true for a lot of the day.

I made myself eat a big lunch, had a second cup of tea, and drank a ton of water. Now I am feeling a lot better.

I really need to just laminate those things on a card and keep it in my shirt pocket.
