I don't know. I just got out of a seminar where the speaker said that eating a high milk-fat diet can uncouple the circadian rhythm of the liver from the brain. So basically, your liver doesn't know what kind of schedule it should be on in terms of the endocrine system. Lately I've been listening to some Actual Play podcasts. I thought I didn't really like these; I had never really got into ones before.

I have been so busy lately. Too busy to write, anyways.

I ended up not going into lab on MLK Day, which made me feel guilty, but only somewhat. Instead I cooked like, all day, while listening to the excellent "Wives of March" podcast by RPPR.
