AHH! I want lasagna myself but I think my Mom is leaning toward the pork loin and dumplings. Which will be delicious but.... lasagna. :D

Nick and I have four Christmases and two birthdays.

Christmas eve: spent with mom's side of the family. Food: Appetizers and desserts.
Christmas day: immediate family and then my dad's side comes over for a White Elephant exchange and a turkey and ham dinner. In the evening, other relatives show up for my sister Mary's birthday party.
Dec 26th: Mom's birthday
December 27th: Christmas with Nick's mom and sister. Lunch at an Irish pub.
January 3rd: Christmas with Nick's dad. Lunch...to be determined.

Any chance there's room in the budget for a decent software program? That seems very inefficient.

I will, hopefully, be getting your gift out in the mail by Monday. :)

It is VERY inefficient! We are thankfully getting a new ticketing system soon - within the next six months. I'm excited because it's REALLY going to help a lot in how we run things.
