Now that netflix has finally gotten season one on DVD, I've just watched three whole episodes (BEST FREAKING SHOW EVER AND NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYONE THINKS HUGH DILLON IS SO HOT. I AM SO WRITING VECCHIO/KOWALSKI/SWEENEY EVEN THOUGH I THINK POLYAMOROUS RELATIONSHIPS ARE A BAD DEAL, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE CHILDREN)...uh, erm, sorry, I got a little excited. What can I say? Winters in Wyoming are long. Anyway, this is a brilliant little mash-up. The details are wholly believable, and these are two incredibly fascinating characters to intersect. I love the idea of Mike and Sadie playing hockey until the end. So sad, but it makes me so happy.

Thank you, I'm very glad you enjoyed the story. I keep wanting to write Sadie and Mike playing hockey when the world ends, but it makes me too sad! I'm really glad that the image worked for you, and that you liked DC as well--it's the show of my heart, and it always makes me happy when other people love it, too!

EVEN THOUGH I THINK POLYAMOROUS RELATIONSHIPS ARE A BAD DEAL, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE CHILDRENUm, I just wanted to point out here that while you are certainly entitled to your own opinion, I happen to be polyamorous, myself. I very strongly disagree with the generalization you've made that poly relationships are a "bad deal" (we're all doing just fine, happy and content in Sionn-poly-land!), children or no, and I have to say it's a bit O_O to receive a comment about my relationship structure in response to a story that has nothing to do with polyamory and is, actually, mostly gen in nature. I hope you don't think I'm being harsh, and please know that I *do* appreciate that you took the time to read and comment on my story, ( ... )

Sorry, I was rambling on and on about my own difficulties with writing polyamory and didn't mean to sound like a hater /exbex\. Sorry, I really am an each to his/her own person. I should obviously not be up past midnight commenting on stories /o\

It's okay! I just wanted to point it out, as that's how I roll. :) Again, I do appreciate the feedback on the story and I'm not trying to be all lecture-y or anything. :)
