The VGT Omnivore’s Hundred:
1. Venison (notably, my brother does amazing canned venison)
2. Nettle tea

4. Steak tartare (long before mad cow)
5. Crocodile (tasted surprisingly like pork)
6. Black pudding (not nearly as exciting as it sounds. really.)

8. Carp - this is one of the few common fish I'm pretty sure I've not had
9. Borscht (yummy spicy borscht, mmm)
10. Baba ghanoush
11. Calamari (this is great if the squid is really fresh, and lightly cooked)
12. Pho (mmmmm....that sounds good *NOW*)

16. Epoisses (that would be Epoisses de Bourgogneon, the cheese)
17. Black truffle (stumbled on some fresh to experiment with; they're lovely)

wow, only 10 (maybe 11, the horse wasn't a certain thing...) I've not tried at least once.. and only 2 I'm not willing to try... not bad :-) It was amusing how many things I had to look up and said, "OH! that!" heh. Thanks,
