today we got a tour of the farm, and then went to see sulphur geysers, we had to take a boat out to this little island. And then on our way back we stopped to see a thermal waterfall, and then had supper at a place called hell's pizza. We had a pizza called... actually i can't remember, but it was some sort of sin. The poetry reminds me of how alone, and depressed I felt the past few years while in school.
Thankfully I haven't written anything like that in a while... or if i have the poems are few and far between.
The healing process has begun.
I went to a yoga class tonight. very interesting... my back was feeling excercised and good.
