So I've been running lately, a few times a week. I absolutely hate it, but it's a quick calorie burn, and I need to get my cardio up to speed with my strength. I do one or two 5K's a week, and one or two other days I'll run a mile before I work out with weights. I did my first 5K in a little over 33 minutes, stopping a couple times to walk. A

my older sister....(she turned 60 a month before this)
she participated in her first triathalon...
she came in 17th of the 49 in her age group and middle of the pack of the 4900 that participated..
this summer...July 10 in Providence..she was accepted to do her first ironman...that is my big sister..she is now almost 62...
