So this is the first time I have been back on livejournal since March of 2009. And your post was the first I saw! I've read your posts and it is really amazing everything you have gone through and accomplished! I read your stuff about staying motivated and even the stuff about your job I can TOTALLY relate to (I work at a hotel in Boston and I am sooo sick of the hospitality industry.)
But looking at what you have typed has really amped me up. I have always thought about taking on a 5K and I know it's doable. My most recent goal has been to drop 10 lbs and stay there in 10 weeks. I have a fitness plan in place, but any tips to keep motivated or keep on board would be helpful! :)
