I wonder if it'd be easier if you did a slow phase in, like, one meal a day to give your body the time to get used to it. Did you glucometer-check to see what it was doing to your blood sugar while you were trying it?
Maybe, but I think it's more a slow carbs vs. fast carbs thing.
I don't have a glucometer with viable strips right now. :\
I think if I try it again, I'm going to have a small breakfast, then see if it sustains me through the day, because by dinner time, I did feel more full than usual. I just need to try it again when I can experiment, like maybe on a week off instead of a random Tuesday at work.
