blood brothers and mum? eeww... that's like mixing strawberry/banana/grapefruit juice with chocolate milk. both awesome seperately, but together? hm...

the blood brothers were crazy intense. if they come around again and it's all ages, we should go and mosh out some youthful angst. yours genuine... mine, so very pathetically forced. gawd i'm old.

the last blood brothers show i went to (at the triple rock, with chuck actually) was sweet. but there was less moshing than there was dancing.

was that when they opened for cursive? it seemed somewhat moshy. i wanted to join, but i didn't for medical reasons.

no this was this past fall. a couple really horrible punk bands opened for them. a lot of kids left after those bands, and then it seemed like everyone else was anticipating a crazy mosh, so there was a lot of people standing back. or something. maybe i've just been desenitized to moshing. having really sharp elbows helps.

also, i remember reading the daytext with you a long time ago and how it got me into trouble. remember? ha. i'm glad i didn't inadvertently dissuade you from doing what you know was right. it was a good lesson to me to watch how i say things. intentions are so easily misunderstood.
