my arms still hurt from class last night. 500 punches with weights 500 without 50 kicks and 2000 more punches with 2 sets of 20 pushups and 10 pushups with my arms spread twice as far as they should be and then 10 dimond pushups, with all the training on top of that. yeah my arms hurt
