An American Citizen cannot claim Antarctica. As a citizen of the USA, I am bound by the Antarctic Treatise, as it applies to citizens as well. (Yes, I am a geek with a lot of spare time and actually read the thing).

Given the fact I am completely unwilling to renounce my citizenship…..

Alas, I digress….., you all get the point.
