i hate how bad dreams ruin my day, although I have no clue what the dream was about, well maybe i do a little.

i've been busy busy busy. i'm not quite exactly sure what i've been so busy with though. I'm actually having a great summer. I've been to the beach, the lake, camping and cookouts galore. I just bought the Zone book. Then I looked online and it said it was one of the most complicated to follow. Should I try the South Beach Diet book? Anyone have any suggestions?
