If I need computer help and don't wanna pay some pimple-faced CS major $15 bucks an hour, I just peruse the Symantec website and look for a solution myself. Check it: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2002062515414606

Yeah I surfed that site. It tells me how to get rid of it, but I can't find that damn file to delete it. thanks addy, and rock the party

I'm kinda impatient with computer troubles... If my current software can't quarantine the virus, and none of the free software i can download can clean it, then i format.

I format like twice a year... but before you burn your bridges do the symantec website advice the young lady provided.

also, make sure you're running ad-aware as well as norton :)
