hey man. If I can't sleep i say (think) the alphabet forwards and backwards in french and english OR sometimes i imagine that i'm sweeping the words out of my head with a huge broom. It works some of time.

i don't think I've tried that one. I tried to meditate but that didn't work, plus i don't think you can sleep that way. i also tried repeating words over and over again.
