When asked to answer such world-shaking questions as "What's your favorite season?" (which everyone has to have been asked, at one point) I've always been prone to lean to Autumn. I too find that posting on LJ helps keep me on task. Good luck to you!

In other news, although we had a blessed 50-degree day on Saturday (I think I saw one crocus!), Boston's still deep in winter. It snowed today. Wind chill was wicked harsh. Living further North has really made me appreciate the spring, though New England falls are breathtaking.

Yeah, I loved seeing your swanky little progress bar! Best of luck on your novel. Putting the last nails in it will either be the easiest or hardest part -- maybe a little of both.

But as for the weather, I suppose it's always a bit of the "grass is greener" syndrome. One person's delightful cold is another's every day misery. ^_^ I guess in truth there's something wonderful about every season everywhere...as long as we have central heat and air to return to. *laughs*
