How do you describe what it feels like to teach someone something? Its like taking on a new identity, its like creating something, its like being in front of a firing squad, its like jumping of a cliff, its like suddenly having to prove your validity as a human and its like suddenly realizing how ignorant you are of your own language, its like.....

i'm so happy that i get to read about you processing your emotions about this before i do it. i anticipate feeling all those things but seeing you feel them first gives me courage, and a sense that it's normal.
