В общем, не буду особо выпендриваться и оригинальничать)) Год 2008 потихоьку подходит к своему логическому завершению, судя по какому- то из гороскопов, в следующем году мне будет много счастья, за которое ничего не будет, так что самое время для

1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before? well. the answer is obvious:I am back to school. I am a teacher. A real one.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?Actually, I did not promise anything. I guess the only thing was 'to be happy,' which I believe I was. Probably, I will make some new year's resolutions just to make it different))
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? One of my ex-classmates.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Well....Can't say the person was really close....But yes.
5. What countries did you visit? None
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? More positive emotions and less dull emptiness at the end of a long working day (all those school days and excurion days), more meaningful things to do (look, we all know what we really do at our university. Such things as kasvatusteadus ja -filosoofia are absolutely meaningless), more meetings with my boss (because he usually gives me money for my job:))
7. What date(s) from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? No concrete days. Probably, my birthday- this 'mask photoshoot' was awsome! Probably, august: So many very interesting people almost every day. And this teacher's day, which was my first real teacher's day in my life when children brought me flowers and made cards))
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Well...still working as a school teacher.I know it makes no sense))
9. What was your biggest failure? Choosing a wrong supervisor in the beginning)) But I can't really call it a faiure...))
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury? I caught a cold a couple of times as usually and was almost voiceless. So, will we take it into account?))
11. What was the best thing you bought? Soooooo may of them! First,perfect TASCHEN books with amazing black and white pictures. Second, my lovely perfumes ('Funny' by Moschino,'XX" by Boss, 'Carolina Herrera' by Carolina Herrera). Third, my lovely bracelets. Actually, the list can be longer, but these are things that come to my mind immediately.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My mom who still believes I will be a great teacher. My friend who could (I hope so!) get over her ex-boyfriend who is a loooooooseeeeeer!!!!
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Well..no-one's...probably, our school principal' behaviour. But I can't really call it depression...she made me mad!
14. Where did most of your money go?Books, clothes, some other pleasant stuff
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? This is my final MA year, so, they will give me thins preasures paper-and that will be it!!! Also tourists-there have been many of them and most of them were wonderful! And also school...In the beginning, yes, I was really nervous and exciting.
16. What song will always remind you of 2008? Weeeeeeeeell, it's very hard to answer the question because my playlist is constantly being changed...Probably, Bilan's 'Believe' because it was the song that helped him to win the Eurovision of 2008.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? The same. I am happy but in a slightly differen way.
ii. thinner or fatter? Well))))))According to my sweaters and jeans, slightly thinner))))))
iii. richer or poorer? Richer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Reading what I like, drawing, spending time with my friends, and working with individual tourists (2-3 is usually perfect for me).
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Doing absolutely meaningless things.
20. How will you be spending Christmas? No idea. Doing my portfoilio? reading? watching movies? reading for MA? meeting with my friends? No idea)))

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? No, I don't hate anyone. Some people just irritate me slightly (or more than 'slightly'). Bu there is nothing to do with hating them.

27. What did you want and get? Taschen books, bracelets, new bags - materialistic, isn't it?)) And I also wanted to have a job with a lot of interesting experiences-I guess I got it)) I guess I do have two such jobs .
28. What did you want and not get? To remain calm and probably indifferent when the situation is driving me crazy.
29. What was your favourite film of this year? 27 Dresses and I also immediately recall P.S. I Love You.
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I turned 22, and I do not remember when exactly I had my birthday party)))))Honestly))Which means I do not remember what I did on my birthday.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Well....If I had found out that during my spring school practice I would have had the same supervisor))Or that someone very smart has written my MA for me))
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008? It has slightly changed:less hight heels, more black and white, more bracelets, more....freedom (I'd put this way).
33. What kept you sane? Well, is it a trick question again? ))) I never claimed I was sane)) So, we need to paraphrase the questions: what helped you to try to be sane? Probably the very fact that my insanity will have dreadful consequences.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Audrey Hepburn.
35. What political issue stirred you the most? Some of the claims of our Ministry of Education

37. Who was the best new person you met? There is this girl in form 11.She is really unusual: there is nothing to do with a glamorous girly style. She is such an optimist to life that sometimes it makes no sense at all! She has so much energy that I call her perpetuum mobile.Her essays are interesting to read. her thoughs are interesting to hear. So, she is a really remarkable person.
37. What was the quote of the year? Well, there have been sooooo many of them...many of those made me laugh, rolling on the floor. I don't remember who said it (I believe many people did))); it's something like "Ну всё,теперь ты самая настоящая училка!"
