Good luck on the quitting smoking. I tried over 2 dozen times before this time--and on the 23rd I'll officially consider myself a non-smoker. (I quit for a year and a half before, then started again and the 23rd makes it a year and a half. Maybe I'll be safe? Maybe?) The thing about quitting smoking is that statistically, a person gains 20 lbs each time they quit, then when they start again they may lose 5-10 lbs. I'd like to blame my weight problem on all the times I quit smoking. *grins*
Word, quitting smoking is tough but it can be done. At this point, you should know where your especially tough times are and can adjust and make allowances for it. Sometimes that means keeping busy, sometimes that means locking yourself away from most stresses... find what works for you and build on that.
