I have two movers here for two hours loading my U-Haul. How much should I tip them?

Well if you hired them as movers, and they gave you a quote to move your things, and you decided to hire them to do that, they are already making exactly how much they wanted to make for the job. If they are going way above and beyond to be gentle with your stuff, help out with other things, etc - sure give them a tip. $10 each is $5 an hour on top of the $$$ you are already giving them to be there for the 2 hours.
