Yeah, but keep in mind that there were close to 96 people who had money in on time, and the criteria to decide who is in or out are extremely arbitrary.

i don't much care to be honest. i'm more annoyed right now that PSI waited so long telling us to wait with regards to a hotel, and now the hotel only has like 20 rooms with 2 beds available, and we're only getting a whopping $4 off (not to mention the $25 up charge if you tell them you have 3 people in the room).
I'm looking forward to the event itself though. Charles and his crew has been doing an amazing job.
Well, I suspect some of these things wouldn't be so delayed if PSi didn't rely on Sampson for everything. The prices at the host hotel look pretty good to begin with, though.
Why? The fact of the matter is that some venues produce multiple strong poets and others don't. Wouldn't you want the best field possible for iwps for the title to be meaningful?
I'd like to tell my children that I once saved a entire flight of passengers over the Pacific, but that doesn't mean I go into every plane ride hoping we have engine failure
